Where does Toyverse ship to?
We mainly serve the Chinese mainland market, the Malaysian market, the Philippine market, the Thai market, the American market, and the Philippine market. Other markets have not yet been opened, so stay tuned!
Notes:
- Shipping restrictions may apply to specific address types like P.O. box address and Military Base address etc. that some carriers cannot deliver to.
What’s the shipping cost?
Logistics costs and other costs are included in the selling price
What’s the shipping time?
**Pre-sale products: When the goods arrive at our warehouse and we receive full payment, we will ship within 7 days. Except for customers with special needs
**Ready-to-ship products: We will ship within 7 days after receiving full payment

- The shipping time of pre-sale products is subject to the arrival time.
How long does delivery take?
US : 3-5 business days.
Mainland China: 3-5 business days
Southeast Asia:3-5 business days
Notes:
- We are not held responsible for any import duties or taxes. Some of our products from our overseas warehouse and you may need to pay import duties or taxes.
How will my delivery be shipped?
Logistics partners UPS, DHL FedEx, J&T, SF Express etc help us ship out your order. We will choose the carrier that we think works best for our customers.
I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all items arrive at the same time. Sometimes our products don’t always ship together, it depends on when the items arrive and where they are shipped from. You will receive a shipping notification email once the item has been shipped.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product has been shipped. Kindly pls double check your delivery address when placing our products.
Notes:
- If you have made an error in your delivery address, pls email us ASAP., so we can quickly change it. After an order has left our warehouse, the address cannot be changed any more.
- If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. Toyverse will not replace the order or issue a refund.
